Challenge
Agorae had no existing UX or design structure. The big challenge was turning complex school operations—like fees, exams, and transport—into simple, easy-to-use flows for admins and staff. Each module had unique needs, so I had to keep things organized, scalable, and consistent across the entire platform.
Results
The new design made the system feel cleaner and easier to navigate. Admins could complete tasks faster, developers found the UI documentation smooth to implement, and the overall design stayed consistent as new modules were added — saving time and reducing confusion across teams.
